Ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2014, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000 for the purpose of refunding the outstanding Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Loan and paying for costs related thereto
