Please take notice that the Zoning Boards of Appeals of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear the following petition.
MMIL Entertainment is requesting a variation of City Code Section 11-7-4, Off-Street Parking Loading. The request for a reduction in the number of required off-street parking spaces is being sought for an expansion of the Lincoln Theater 4, constructing an additional 6 movie screens and a restaurant.
The subject properties are legally described as:
8-1246, Lots 13 and 14, Block 20, Original Town now City of Lincoln, commonly known as 207 S. Kickapoo Street.
8-1246, NE ½ of Lot 12, Block 20, Original Town now City of Lincoln, commonly known as 217 S. Kickapoo Street.
8-1245, NE ½ of Lot 11, Lot 12, Block 20, Original Town now City of Lincoln, commonly known as 219 S. Kickapoo Street.
8-1244, NE 30 Feet of Lot 10 and SW ½ of Lot 11, Block 20, Original Town now City of Lincoln, commonly known as 221 S. Kickapoo Street.
The petition shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on
October 15, 2014.
