A. Ordinance adding a new “pour” liquor license classification to the City Code
B. Ordinance clarifying special uses in the R-1, C-1 and C-2 Districts
C. Ordinance adding a special use in the R-2 District within the City to allow display and sale of monuments under mortuary special use
D. Resolution authorizing the sale of City property to Union Pacific Railroad in the amount of $18,500.00
E. Resolution authorizing the sale of City property to Union Pacific Railroad in the amount of $1,500.00
F. Amendment to Appropriation Ordinance for FY 2013-2014
8. Bids
A. Approval of bids from Eugene Mehan as primary contractor and Complete Lawn Care as secondary contractor for 2014 for mowing of properties in violation of the City Code
B. Approval of bid from Illinois Civil Contractors, Inc. for the Pulaski and Kickapoo Streets downtown streetscape work with a change order to adjust the project scope to fit within the approved budget
