the City Council of the

City of Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois

Public Notice is Hereby Given that the City Council of the City of Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois (the “City Council”), will hold a special meeting of the City Council on the 7th day of July, 2014, at 7:00 o’clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 700 Broadway Street in said City.

The Agenda for the Meeting is as follows:

1.                  Call to Order

2.                  Roll Call

3.                  Public Hearing regarding a plan to issue not to exceed $6,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2014.  The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to currently refund the outstanding Illinois Environmental Protection Agency loan, which financed certain improvements to the City’s Sewerage System, and to pay certain costs of issuance of the Bonds.
