The Special Voting Session with the City Council of Lincoln was called to order by Mayor Tracy Welch at 5:00p.m., with proper notice given.

There was no one present to speak for public participation.

New Business/Communications:

Resolution Providing For and Requiring the Submission to the Voters of the City of Lincoln, Illinois, at the General Primary Election to Be Held On the 28th Day of June, 2022, Of the Proposition To abolish the Civil Service Commission

Alderman Bateman made the motion to approve, Alderwoman Rohlfs seconded.  Mayor Welch called for discussion, there being none, City Clerk Bateman called roll.

There being no further discussion to come before the City Council of Lincoln, Alderman Bateman motioned to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Parrott. Mayor Welch adjourned the meeting at 5:02 p.m.
