SPECIAL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE – CITY COUNCIL MEETING

The Special Committee of the Whole with the City Council of Lincoln was called to order by Mayor Tracy Welch at 6:23p.m., with proper notice given.

Public Participation:

There was no one present to speak for public participation.

Discussion:

Annual Budget FY 2024/2025

There are a couple changes…

1. The resurfacing line should have an additional $320,000 in that line. 

2. There is a new line created for the Lincoln Municipal Building.  This line will cover expenses such as   repairs and maintenance to the building and grounds. $7,500.00 has been budgeted for this line.

3. Sewer Fund: Revision from amount of $4,554,407 to $4,876,907.  There was additional revenue that will offset this increase. 

4. 3^rd Friday: Increasing from $6,000 - $7,500

This will be placed on the Special Voting Meeting agenda on April 23^rd.

There being no further discussion to come before the City Council of Lincoln, Alderman Parrott motioned to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Downs. Mayor Welch adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
