The Public Hearing with the City Council of Lincoln was called to order by Mayor Tracy Welch at 6:00p.m., with proper notice given.

Andrew Bowns gave the Sewer presentation.

Adjournment:

Alderwoman O’Donoghue made the motion to adjourn, Alderman Parrott seconded. Mayor Welch adjourned the meeting at 6:03 pm.
