Special City Council Committee's Meeting

December 3, 2011

Minutes of the Special City of Lincoln City Council Committees' Meeting held in the Council Chambers on Saturday, December 3, 2011.

Those present were Alderman Anderson, Alderman Armbrust, Alderman Busby, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O’Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert. Also present were Mayor Snyder, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs.

Mayor Snyder called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. There were seven Aldermen present (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Armbrust, Alderman Busby, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O’Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert) and three absent (Alderman Bacon, Alderman Hoinacki, and Alderman Horn).

Alderman Wilmert said I move to go into Executive Session under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss personnel, hiring, firing, compensation, discipline and performance and Alderman Anderson seconded it. Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs called the roll call. There were seven yeas (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Armbrust, Alderman Busby, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O’Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert), zero nays, and three absent (Alderman Bacon, Alderman Hoinacki, and Alderman Horn); motion carried. The meeting adjourned to Executive Session at 9:05 a.m.

The meeting returned to regular Session at 5:01 p.m. Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs called the roll call. There were seven Aldermen present (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Armbrust, Alderman Busby, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O’Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert), and three absent (Alderman Bacon, Alderman Hoinacki, and Alderman Horn). Also present were Mayor Snyder, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs.

Alderman Busby made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Alderman O’Donohue seconded it. There were seven yeas (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Armbrust, Alderman Busby, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O’Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert), zero nays, and three absent (Alderman Bacon, Alderman Hoinacki, and Alderman Horn); motion carried.

The Special City of Lincoln Committee’s as a Whole Meeting adjourned at 5:01 p.m.
