The City of Lincoln Public Hearing met in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 17, 2013.
City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach called the roll call. There were seven Aldermen present (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Carmitchel, Alderman Hoinacki, Alderman Horn, Alderman O'Donohue, Alderman Tibbs, and Alderman Wilmert) and one absent (Alderman Neitzel). Department Heads present were Fire Chief Miller, Street Superintendent Mr. Jackson, Safety and Building Officer Mr. Lebegue, Police Chief Greenslate, and EMC/American Water Manager Mr. Ferguson. Also present were Mayor Snyder, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach, City Administrator Ms. McLaughlin and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs.
Mayor Snyder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on the Petition for Vacation of a Portion of 16th Street.
Mayor Snyder asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to the City Council. Mr. Rex Wright of 903 N. Jackson said he would like to see if vacated to put a fence up and extend the yard. Mayor Snyder said there were no objections filed on this.
The hearing was closed at 7:02 p.m.
