Minutes of an Adjourned City Council Meeting held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Lincoln, IL, on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.

Alderman O’Donohue called the Adjourned City Council Meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.  City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach called the roll call.  There were five Aldermen present (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Neitzel Alderman O'Donohue, and Alderman Tibbs) and three absent (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Hoinacki, and Alderman Horn). Also present were Street Superintendent Mr. Landers, Fire Chief Miller, and Police Chief Greenslate.  Also present were City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs. Mayor Snyder was absent.

Ordinances and Resolutions

Ordinance replacing Title 4 of the City Code regarding the City’s building code regulations (tabled 6/24/14)

There was no action on this Ordinance.

Appropriation Ordinance #2014-815 for FY 2014-2015 (tabled 7/21/14)

Alderman Neitzel moved to remove from the table and Alderman Bauer seconded it.  City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach called the roll call.  There were five yeas (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Neitzel Alderman O'Donohue, and Alderman Tibbs), zero nays, and three absent (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Hoinacki and Alderman Tibbs); motion carried.

Alderman Neitzel moved to approve and Alderman Cooper seconded the motion. City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach called the roll call.  There were five yeas (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Neitzel Alderman O'Donohue, and Alderman Tibbs), zero nays, and three absent (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Hoinacki and Alderman Tibbs); motion carried.

Alderman Bauer moved to adjourn the meeting and Alderman Tibbs seconded it.  There were five yeas (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Neitzel Alderman O'Donohue, and Alderman Tibbs), zero nays, and three absent (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Hoinacki and Alderman Tibbs); motion carried.

The City Council Meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
