Details

To report a City code violation: like trash around a house, disabled vehicle parked in a yard, a dangerous home, or any violation found in the Lincoln City Code; use the following form which will be directed to the Building and Safety Office or you can call (217)732-6318.

 

 

1. Enter a Location:

Please enter an address below in the search box. A marker will be placed on the map. You can then drag the Marker to get as close as you can to the location where the violation is.

 

 

 

2. Enter a Description

Please describe the violation including an ordinance number if you know it and your concerns

 

 

3. Your information

Please include your information if you would like to have a response in regards your report. This may include updates on when we plan on addressing the issue or what agency we may forward your request to, as some violations may be a police matter. This information is not required.


 

4. Submit your report

If you are complete, check over your information and then submit this report.
